Ingredients:
3/4 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of organic cacao
1/4 cup of agave
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make sure all the clumps are gone.
2. Either pour into silicone moulds or pour/spread over a tray lined with baking paper, and pop in the freezer overnight or until fully set (i find they are fully set after around 3 hours but it will depend on your freezer)
3. Remove from mould/tray and store in the freezer in containers.
I personally like it better laid out on the baking paper, you just break off shards when its set and eat. Since these are very chocolatey and rich, the ones in moulds are a bit too much for me. But in saying that, im not addicted to chocolate, so if you are, they may be for you :p
