Do i need supplements?

I dont know much about supplements so i wont be saying much, but here are a couple that i know are great and are VERY good for your health and well being :)

  • Fish Oil
  • Green Tea Tablets
  • A good multivitamin if you are very busy and havent got time to cook perfectly every single meal
  • A good protein powder. By good i mean pure whey powder, not the stuff you get from the supermarket, they are often packed with useless crap
