In this section i will be posting ways you can exercise efficiently at home! If you cant afford to go to the gym, buy $1000's worth of home gym equipment or simply dont have the time, (like me!) then this is the place for you :) (of course if you have the time/money to go to the gym, great! But in this section, i will be focusing on what you can do at home) I fully agree that weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise (i lost 25-30kg by clean eating alone, without a drop of exercise) but exercising for only 20 mins a day, 3-4 times a week is very good for your health, skin and well being, hence why im starting again :)
